Thanksgiving Edition
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hope you all are reading this from the comfort of your home (hopefully in oversized sweats), surrounded by family and loved ones, and ready for a day of feasting and gratitude. Pop this playlist on and—voila—the mood is set, dinner is served, and you’re officially off duty (as if).
We certainly have a lot to be thankful for this year, and one thing that isn’t lost on us is the incredible clients, vendors, and partners we get to work with daily. Thank YOU for being by our side this year—supporting us, trusting us, and celebrating with us. We are forever grateful for your support.
Book Buzz
Gorgeous Gatherings officially launched. We did it! We birthed a book, then did what we do best—PARTIED!
The first stop on our book tour was our very own San Francisco. We had an epic event at the amazing Design League pop-up space with some of our faves.
Dart Collective gifted us gorgeous tunes, Lotus and Ash shared picture-perfect bar menus and witty cocktail napkins, and Studio Mondine created florals to make us swoon, while Paula Le Duc passed beautiful and tasty hors d’oeuvres.
At the bar, there were palomas at the ready in glasses in the absolute perfect shade of green (thanks, Casa de Perrin). Found laid out dope furniture, and to finish, the most rad (and delicious) cake by Jasmine Rae Cakes.
Thanks to all who joined and contributed, and to Meg Smith for the party pics to prove it was a perfect event.
Next up, Manhattan, for an intimate luncheon at New York’s classic Balthazar. Our dear friends Marcy Blum and Jack Ezon hosted the lunch of seafood towers and overflowing bubbly (with a side of legendary fries!).
Many thanks to Ceci New York for designing the most gorgeous menus, Peartree Flowers for the beautiful florals, and Allan Zepeda for snapping away. The lunch was abuzz with chatter about the book, upcoming parties, and the holidays. It was truly divine.
We’re keeping the party going in the new year with several book signings. Locations will be announced on IG as we get closer.

Embark Immersion
This month, our team went to our annual travel conference called Embark Immersion, where we connected with incredible five-star hotels, properties, and advisors—and made loads of new friends.

Costa Rica
We recently planned an 18-person wedding in Costa Rica at the Hacienda AltaGracia.
It was a ‘planes, trains, and automobiles’ experience, as guests landed, took a quick car ride to the private terminal, then a puddle jumper to Hacienda AltaGracia’s airstrip, and finally a hotel Land Rover to the property, where a cocktail of Rosita Sbagliato awaited.
The journey was part of the adventure, and when guests arrived at the property, they truly felt like they were on vacation.
Our couple, A+A, fully embraced the rainforest and all it had to offer. They kicked off the wedding weekend with a burning ceremony where guests set intentions and ended with an elopement in the middle of the rainforest, next to the river.
As guests entered the ceremony, they wrote well wishes on banana paper for the couple. The vows were read as guests surrounded them on the rocks, with the most handsome ring bearer—their 10-year-old son—by their side.
The location’s lush greenery inspired the weekend’s florals (by the very talented Pina), and even the rain added romance. After the vows, dinner was served with this perfect playlist by Dart Collective, and an epic dance party followed that lasted until the early hours of the morning. We love intimate events because we witness deep friendships and bonds forming over several days of adventures and parties. It was a magical weekend of horseback riding, energy sessions, cocktail creating, dancing, and memory making.
