Amy and Armand celebrated their intimate wedding at Hacienda Alta Gracia in Costa Rica, a place that had profoundly impacted them during a previous visit. Their connection to the property and its transformative wellness experiences through spiritual and energy healing was beautifully honored as the same shaman who guided them initially officiated their ceremony. The wedding took place atop the property’s well, with a platform partially covering the water, creating the illusion of the couple being suspended amidst the lush jungle. As the bride walked down the aisle to “Beyond” by Leon Bridges, the soothing sound of the nearby river added to the serene and magical ambiance. Throughout the 4-day celebration, guests embraced the natural beauty of Costa Rica with activities like horseback riding, hiking, and enjoying a traditional Costa Rican horse show during dinner. The wedding night was a crescendo of music and joy, starting with a local solo guitarist, transitioning into a lively 5-piece Costa Rican band, and culminating in an unforgettable dance party to house music, set in the property’s stunning bar area.
