Book Feature: Edible Selby

Photographer Todd Selby takes his lens into some of the worlds most talented chef’s kitchens in this capturing cookbook and photo journal. A couple of the entries include Hartwood restaurant in Tulum (one of our favorite restaurants in Mexico) and Blue Bottle Coffee in SF, which we recently blogged about upon the release of their new book. Each feature includes watercolor illustrations, a handwritten questionnaire, and a signature recipe.
